You have 30 days from the date you received your item to submit a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Final sale, gift cards and custom made items are not eligible for return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we received it and inspect it. Once inspected, we will notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You’ll receive the credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
If your order arrives damaged in any way or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work together to resolve the situation.
