TOP QUESTIONS

We know you want your Ecletticos products ASAP (we can't blame you), so we try to ship orders within 1-5 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Our warehouse processes orders 7 days a week, but we can only ship out orders Monday through Friday.

Processing consists of safely packing the product and preparing it to ship. When demand is high, our hand-made products may take longer than usual to fulfill, but don't worry—they're worth the wait!

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This will include a link to our tracking page where you can follow your order on its way to you.

— DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

In an effort to keep costs down for shipping our fragile products, we use different carriers—USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL—depending on the destination and the rates at the given time.

To manage this, we use our tracking page to incorporate all the carriers' information.

Due to their fragile nature, our products can take 12-16 business days to reach their destination within the states (not including processing times).

 

You can track your order at anytime here at our tracking page. Just enter your order number, email address or phone number on the order.

If the tracking information for your order hasn't updated in 2-3 days, don't worry—it's totally normal. Occasionally, orders can experience flight departure delays and other hiccups, so you might not see an update on your tracking for a couple more days. If your package hasn't moved in 7 days, email us at support@ecletticos.com so we can help you locate your shipment!

When we ship your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and the date of your order is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing support@ecletticos.com. We'll be happy to assist you in finding out what the holdup is!

If you have received your order in good condition and you want to return it, please reach out to support@ecletticos.com.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

International shipping can cost up to 75% of the cost of the goods to return. In the event of a return, you have the option to accept a 50% refund of the item and keep the product, instead of shipping it to the United States.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 5 days at support@ecletticos.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Don't worry—the rest is still on the way!

If you have multiple products in your order, we may ship them in multiple packages due to the following reasons:

— Products are manufactured in different sites

— Reduces the likelihood of damage incurred from shipping

— We can optimize shipping speed with smaller packages

Different shipments will usually be delivered within a few days of each other, so be on the lookout for the rest of your order.

Do you see the "Delivered" status on your tracking but still haven't received your package? Try checking with your neighbors to see if the delivery driver didn't give it to them by mistake.

Sometimes, USPS and other carries will trigger the "Delivered" status before they've dropped off the package with you. Typically they show up within 24-48 hours, so hang tight for a day or two!

If you still haven't received your package after 48 hours of it being marked "Delivered", please contact support@ecletticos.com with your name and order number and we'll be happy to resolve the issue.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. USA: Due to the nature of shipping fragile items, our products can take 5-7 business days to reach their destination within the states (not including processing times).

We offer free shipping to anywhere in the world.

However, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ecletticos Limited Liability Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

ORDERS

Please email support@ecletticos.com with your name and order number. We will try to cancel the order before it ships and refund your money.

**Please note** If you have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to view your tracking, then your order has been shipped and we cannot immediately cancel your order. You will have to follow the Return Policy.

Please email support@ecletticos.com with: your name, order number, item you wish to switch out and item you wish to sub in. Providing all of this information gives us the best chance to alter your order before it ships — we cannot guarantee that we will be able to alter your order because we begin to process your order for shipment immediately, and it might take customer service a day or two to process your request.

If you have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to view your tracking, then your order has been shipped and we cannot immediately change your order. You will have to follow the Return Policy to exchange your product.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal for online orders.

All payment options are down below in the footer of our website. 

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely due to one of two things:

— Your order was never actually placed and processed.

— You placed the order with a different email address

If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please contact our customer service department by emailing support@ecletticos.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your order has shipped and you want to return it please reach out to support@ecletticos.com.

Products can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

• The product(s) is within 30 days from the date of purchase

• Products are purchased directly from our website

• Product is unused and in its original condition

For refunds, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policies.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@ecletticos.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

There are a few return exceptions:

• If your product breaks within a year after purchasing it, we'll happily send you a new one based on inventory availability, no need to send it back to us.

• If your product(s) is damaged on delivery, there's no need to return the damaged item to us. Just contact us at support@ecletticos.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged product(s) and we'll send you a replacement.

• If you received your item as a gift and it breaks within a year of the original purchase date, we can definitely send you a replacement! All we need is the original order number or the email address of the (amazing) relative/friend that got you the gift so we can track down the order in our system.

START A RETURN/EXCHANGE

We want to make sure you get the best out of our products. If a part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ecletticos.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged product(s). We'll send you out a replacement as soon as possible. If your item breaks within a year of the purchase date, send us a picture of the damage and we may be able to replace the product.

Exceptions:

• We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.

• If a product has been altered in any way, we can't replace the item.

• We can only issue a replacement if the item was purchased directly through our website. If it was purchased in store with one of our wholesale partners, you will need to contact the store to replace the product.

Sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, please contact us at support@ecletticos.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect product you received by accident. We'll handle the issue ASAP!
