Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we recommend hand-washing your product to increase longevity.

I absolutely love the glaze on the two cups I ordered. In your pictures the handles like beautiful branches. What I received for handles that look like simple dowels you can buy at your local hardware store. I emailed about exchanging them but never heard back from your customer service department. I really do want the cups that you show in your pictures.
